Creating A Tradition of Excellence at Traditions of Deerfield
This year’s theme for Activity Professionals' Week is "Shaping the Future," which is closely aligned with the mission, vision, commitment, and core values of Traditions Management. Creating and celebrating traditions is right in our name! And traditions are about celebrating the past by passing on things that matter to future generations. “The future is shaped by the choices we make today, especially in how we care for and support our seniors,” Mary Jordan, Activities Director at Traditions of Deerfield, said.
From #OurCommitment: To our employees, we recognize the five generations working for us and will create a sense of belonging for all. Your dedicated service to our residents is celebrated each day, both formally and informally. We are committed to a fair and equitable working environment. Your work/life balance will be respected, so you can continue to build new traditions with your family and the people most important to you.
